Investoried

Terms of use

For everyone who uses Investoried: investors, network admins and founders. Last updated 23 October 2026.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Investoried is provided by Investoried, Malmö, Sweden (“Investoried”, “we”). These terms apply when you use investoried.com, the app and everything in it: deals, dealflow and pitch links, networks, connections and messages, documents, the portfolio, club deals, events, the assistant and the connectors. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy. Questions: hello@investoried.com.

2. What Investoried is, and what it isn’t

Investoried is a software tool for investors who invest together: it keeps a round’s documents, commitments, conversations and history in one place, and helps you track the startups that reach you.

  • We never receive, hold or move money or securities. Every investment is made by you, in your own name or through a company you and your co-investors own and run yourselves.
  • We don’t give investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and we don’t recommend, rank or arrange investments. Nothing in the app is an offer of securities to anyone.
  • We are not a marketplace, broker or fund. We don’t find deals or investors for you, and we don’t vet the startups, investors or documents you meet in the app.
  • Your investment decisions, and their outcome, are yours. Check what matters with your own advisers.

3. Your account

  • During early access, accounts are by invitation: from the waitlist, to a deal, a club deal, a network or a startup’s team, or through a founder’s link. Joining the waitlist alone doesn’t create an account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
  • Give accurate details, including your real name. One account per person; don’t share it.
  • Keep your sign-in secure (we recommend a passkey or two-step login) and tell us at once at hello@investoried.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • If you use Investoried for an organisation (a network, a fund, a company), you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

4. Your content

Documents, messages, notes, deal details, commitments, pitch material and anything else you add is yours. You give us the right to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run Investoried for you and for the people you choose to share it with — including making previews, search indexes and AI summaries of it — and to improve Investoried and develop its AI features, as described in the privacy policy. We don’t sell it and don’t use it to advertise.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and share what you add, and that it is lawful to do so. That includes other people’s personal data: when you add co-investors, contacts or club-deal participants, invite people by email, or upload documents that name people, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do it and for those people knowing that their details are in Investoried. Information other users share with you in a deal, network, message or pitch is shared with you in confidence: use it only for that investment or conversation, and don’t pass it on without their permission.

5. Sharing and roles

What you see and who sees what you add depends on roles. In a deal, the lead decides who is invited and which documents each person sees. The lead and co-investors share the deal page and its chat; observers see what the lead allows. A lead can keep an investor hidden from the others. In a network, the admins decide who is a member and what is shared with members. We record each time someone opens a deal document: the lead sees who opened what and when, everyone sees how many have opened it, and members other than observers see an activity feed of who opened what. Check who is in a deal or a chat before you share something there.

6. Founders and pitch links

A founder who sends a pitch through an investor’s pitch link or founder page shares it with that investor, and with any other investor the founder sends it to. Investors decide for themselves whether to respond; Investoried promises no answer, meeting or investment. Founders may only invite investors they know personally to a round, and only send material they are allowed to share.

7. Club deals

When club deals are available, Investoried assists a lead and a small group of investors who already know each other in setting up a joint Swedish company for one investment. We prepare the draft documents, keep everyone in sync and track progress; you form the company, decide, sign and pay yourselves.

  • The generated documents are templates filled in with what you enter. They are not legal advice and are not reviewed for your situation. Have them checked by a lawyer before anyone signs, and check the numbers yourselves.
  • Investoried does not register the company, open bank accounts, file anything with Bolagsverket, Skatteverket or a bank, or take any role in the company. Payments go straight into the company’s own bank account.
  • A club deal is a closed group of at most 15 people for one target company. It must not be used to offer shares to the public or to run a fund for others.
  • Everyone in a club deal sees its documents, which contain every participant’s full name, address and personal identity number or organisation number, because the company’s documents require them. The lead must only add people who have agreed to take part on that basis.

8. The AI features

The one-page summaries of pitch decks, the assistant (“Ask Investoried”), the document import and reading event pages use AI. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: check it against the source before you rely on it, and don’t treat it as advice. You are responsible for what you do with it.

9. Connected services

Some features use other companies’ services: signing up with LinkedIn through a founder’s link, notifications in Slack, and picking files from Google Drive to import. Those services are provided under their own terms. We only use them to do what you ask, you can disconnect Slack at any time, and we aren’t responsible for those services or for changes they make.

10. Use it fairly

Don’t use Investoried to:

  • break the law, including securities, financial-services, data-protection and anti-money-laundering rules;
  • offer securities to the public, solicit investors you don’t know, or send spam;
  • upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights or that you are not allowed to share;
  • impersonate anyone, or send pitches or invitations in someone else’s name;
  • access accounts, deals or data that aren’t yours, or probe, scrape or overload the service. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@investoried.com and don’t exploit it.

11. Price

Investoried is free during early access. Some features have usage limits. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will only pay if you choose a paid plan.

12. Availability and changes to the service

Investoried is new and under active development. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and as available, and features may change, be limited or be removed. Keep your own copies of documents you need to keep, especially signed ones; you can download your documents from the app.

13. Responsibility

We are responsible for running Investoried with reasonable care. We are not responsible for investment decisions or their outcome, for what other users add, share or do, for content from founders or other users, for AI output, for connected services, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunities. As long as Investoried is free, our total liability to you is limited to SEK 1,000. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

If you use Investoried for a business or organisation and your use in breach of these terms leads to a claim against us — for example over personal data or documents you had no right to share — you are responsible for it.

14. Ending, and changes to these terms

You can stop using Investoried and delete your account at any time under Settings (anything you lead has to be handed over first); the privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or a security reason prevents it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Investoried after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t accept them, you can delete your account.

15. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. If you are a consumer in Sweden you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). Please contact us first at hello@investoried.com — most things are quicker to sort out directly.
