Syndicated rounds stall in the admin, not the decisions.
Investoried gives a syndicated round one shared page. The lead runs the round from a live commitment tracker, and the angels and the founder see the same state at the same address.
- 20 minutes, your last round as the example
- Nothing to install, nothing shared
Built in Sweden. Invite-only while we work with our first networks.

Where seven weeks go
- 1First interest
The list lives in the lead's head.
Interest arrives across five inboxes and two chats.
- 2Documents out
Someone always gets the wrong link.
Permissions set by hand, folder by folder.
- 3Angels read
The draft they open has already moved on.
Or they do not open it at all, and nobody can tell which.
- 4Soft interest
Nobody notices until the close slips.
Commitments sit unconverted for weeks, then quietly lapse.
- 5Money in
One angel at a time.
Signatures chased across three channels.
Every stage loses time the same way: nobody can see the current state of the round.
One page per round
The lead, the angels and the founder see the same state. Access is set per person for each round. An observer sees the summary numbers, not the cap table.
The tracker is the product
Three states, from first nod to signature. Soft interest ages visibly, because two weeks unconverted is how a stalling round announces itself before the lead feels it.
A record, not a memory
Every document open is recorded: who, what, when. The lead stops asking whether anyone read the draft. After three closed rounds, that history is the asset your network keeps.
Who it is for
Angel networks
Run every syndicated round on one tool, paid from an operating budget.
Syndicate leads
Stop chasing confirmations across email, chat and a spreadsheet.
Accelerators
One page per round for your investor community.
What we deliberately do not do
- No pooling of capital. Every angel invests in their own name.
- No custody. We hold documents and states, never funds.
- No matching, no deal flow. Everyone on a page already decided to invest together.
- No order handling. Money moves the way it always did, directly.
That is a design choice. It keeps the tool outside financial regulation and lets your rounds run on it today.
Where we are
Investoried is built in Malmö and is currently a working prototype, with design-partner conversations starting in Skåne. We are looking for two or three networks or active syndicate leads to run a real round on it and shape what gets built.
